July 13 – 19, 2012 Vernissage Friday July 13 / 7 – 10pm Discover the beauty of everyday situations and objects in Jeremiah Degrandpre’s post impressionistic oil paintings. In addition to a pop art influence Degrandpre’s work shows great consideration of composition,colour, form and painterly application. This has been a constant over his 15 year career, during which the artist’s works have been seen in various solo and group shows across Saint John’s, Halifax, and Ottawa,and have found homes in private collections across Canada and the U.S.Jeremiah Degrandpre studied fine art at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax. |
