The subject of death is often treated with a fear and seriousness we all reserve when pondering our own inevitable demise. In tribute of “El día de Muertos” the Mexican tradition which celebrates the lighter side of death, Artist Monika Salvá-Ucán draws her own comic versions of ‘La Vida’ (life) and ‘La Muerte’ (death).
